i was a bit disappointed. the room smelled old and a bit damp (maybe it needs some airing out). the furniture looked like it had seen better days, with some damage. it was functional, but not the freshest experience.

The staff were polite. They helped with my luggage. it was acceptable.

My "ocean view villa" didn't offer much of an ocean view. it was actually behind a few other bungalows. The photos on the website were quite misleading, actually. i spoke to the front desk, but they weren't willing to upgrade me to a beachfront room or offer a partial refund. they said all the rooms are the same size. great. it's still a lie.
